- We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and reliable Commercial HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining commercial HVAC systems and ensuring air ducts are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. You will play a vital role in improving indoor air quality, system performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Clean air ducts, vents, and HVAC systems using specialized tools and techniques
- Inspect and assess air ducts for blockages, damage, or potential issues
- Maintain HVAC systems in commercial settings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning units
- Perform routine system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Plumb and connect HVAC system components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service as the on-site company representative
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and fully operational
- Leave all job sites clean and organized upon completion of work
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in air duct cleaning and/or commercial HVAC services required
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Ability to safely operate scaffolding and scissor lifts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or on a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Willingness to travel between job sites
