company. We set out 29 year’s ago to create a first in class organization with a
simple mission that is our guiding principle even today. That simple goal is to

DR. Patricia Morales
Owner/CEO/PRESIDENT
In 1988, Patricia Morales founded R &P Cleaning Service and served as CEO and president for 25
years. In 2012 R &P Cleaning Services merged with Danuvial Service Solutions, Inc. and for 13 straight
years the company has experienced unprecedented growth.
Danuvial in 2025 recorded it’s 8th consecutive year of record breaking sales. The company works in all
50 States and has over to seven thousand employees. In 2024, Patricia Morales received the Emerging
Award from HMSDC.
Patricia works with the foundation Ray Of Sunshine giving aid in twenty two countries waging war on
children living in poverty, women being exploited and homelessness.
Patricia holds a doctorate in counseling two degrees in theology, a directorship in early childhood
education, and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial janitorial industry.
DR. Richard Morales
COO
In 1983 New York Mayor Ed Koch and the city of New York recognized Richard Morales then just
sixteen, the award for “Volunteer of the Year” for piloting a summer program teaching underprivilege
children to swim. Since then he has worked alongside his wife Patricia and Children in helping combat
poverty around the world.
In 2012 he joined Danuvial Services Solutions Inc. as COO. Responsible for running day to day
Operations. Danuvial has experiences 13 straight years of growth including the last 8 consecutive years
of record breaking sales.
Richard has a doctorate in Theology and currently sits on the Board of Ray Of Sunshine Foundation.
